Resource Manager

The Resource Manager is a tool within the Devalign^tm System that manages resources related to operational processes. Changes to forms, documents and other resources can be strictly controlled by authorized personnel.  Resources can be archived and tracked by revision dates, and owners quickly identified should changes be required. Resources are linked to processes where they can be quickly accessed in context of their use. Links are provided directly to resources on your network or the Web, thus ensuring only the most recent version is being distributed. Distributing forms this way also reduces the need for printing documents which can quickly become obsolete. Resources can be associated with packets, thus allowing for dynamic assembly of information without the need to gather paperwork manually. Users can search for resources based on key words or other criteria.
